 • What download format should I buy?
This really depends on the speed of your internet connection. Whenever possible, choose MP3. That said, if you have Dial-up and the connection is slow or unstable then choose WMA or RM
  MP3
MP3 is the best quality audio. It can be played on all computers, MP3 players such as iPods etc, and can also be made into CDs. MP3's are larger in size and so will take longer to download (see chart below).

Widows Media (WMA)
WMA is a smaller file and is lower quality audio than MP3. It is only really provided for Dial-up with a slow internet connection (see chart below). WMA audio cannot be transferred to MP3 players, and burning them to CD is difficult without certain software and will give poor results.
WMA uses Microsoft Windows Media player software, which is available for both Mac & PC.

  Real Media (RM)
RM is a smaller file and is lower quality audio than MP3. It is only really provided for Dial-up with a slow internet connection (see chart below). RM audio cannot be transferred to MP3 players, and burning them to CD is difficult without certain software and will give poor results.
RM uses Real Player software, which is available for both Mac & PC.

 • How do I get my download?

After you have paid at checkout, there will be a link on the "Invoice page" where you can download your audio immediately.  You will also be sent an email with a download link and instructions on how to download and un-zip your software before you can play it.
Ensure your email address in your shopping cart account is correct or you will not receive your download email.

 • What do I do after I have download the audio?
The file you download is actually a compressed "Zip" file. This file needs to be uncompressed (unzipped) before it can be played and you will need software such as StuffitExpander to do this. It's available free for both Mac and PC.
Some newer PCs have a pre-installed program called Winzip, and this will do the same job.
• How can I listen to my download?

MP3 can be played it on all computers, transferred to MP3 players and burned onto CDs.

WMA will need the software Windows Media Player to listen on your computer. This audio will not play on MP3 players and can be difficult to burn onto CD

RM will need the software Real Player to listen on your computer. This audio will not play on MP3 players and can be difficult to burn onto CD
